The Polar Plunge fundraising effort organized by law enforcement agencies throughout the state to benefit Special Olympics Washington will be held Feb. 13, at Sarge Hubbard Park in Yakima. 

Individuals, organizations, and businesses can participate collecting pledges and plunging into various frigid water locations across the state. 

Each individual must raise a minimum of $50 to participate. Each individual that raises the minimum $50 donation will receive an official Polar Plunge t-shirt and lunch, and will also be eligible to win prizes.
