Officials from the Castle Creek Apartments have announced plans to open Phase II of its gated apartment complex currently under construction at Nob Hill and 52nd Avenue.
Phase II will include 78 units with one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 776 - 1,204 square feet and priced from $675 - $900 per month.
Units in Phase II will include roomier floor plans, and details and conveniences including a stackable washer and dryer in each unit, granite vanity tops in the bathrooms, custom cabinetry, covered decks and patios, storage space, and more.
In conjunction with the release of Phase II, Castle Creek also plans to open an expansive community swimming pool, children’s playground, and 1,100 square foot fitness center for exclusive use by Castle Creek residents.
The first building, which will include six two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom units will be ready for move-in in August.
The three other buildings in Phase II will follow with move-in dates in August, September, and October.
Currently, all 126 units in Phase I are leased and have been at full occupancy since being completed last year.
Based on the number of inquiries and a growing a waiting list, Castle Creek officials expect a similar response with the release of Phase II.
