Yakima, WA- The Yakima Valley Community College Foundation Scholarship Applications are now available for the 2011-2012 academic year.
Applications can be picked up in person on the Yakima Campus in Prior Hall Annex room 113, the student information desk in the HUB, the Financial Aid Office or are available online at www.yvcc.edu/scholarships.
Submission deadline for all applications is on March 15, 2011.
Incorporated in July 1977 the Foundation provides scholarships for students, and supports the college. Annually, they award approximately $150,000 in scholarships. In the past 33 years the Foundation has awarded over 4,200 scholarships totaling more than $2.4 million.
